Screen & Recoating vs Sanding
Screen & Recoating
Screen & Recoating is a much more cost-effective way to remove the top coat of floor finish from your floors, removing light scratches and imperfections.
It's also the best solution for refreshing floors that have lost their sheen and no longer look appealing after years of wear and tear.
The recoating process provides two additional protective layers using a commercial-grade polyurethane.
You can choose from a Satin, Semi-Gloss or High Gloss finish.
A one-day process — easy and convenient for a family home — and your floors can be walked on two hours after it's done.
Sanding
Sanding, a much more expensive option, removes all layers of floor finish leaving the raw wood.
