It is always best to have the designated cleaning areas cleared and clutter free for our cleaners to clean to the best of our ability.
Depending on the service chosen and the size description, we can arrange an individual cleaner or teams of two cleaners together. This all depends on the work load and man power needed to complete the task.
No, you do not have to be home while we clean ,and majority of our clients that are not able to stay home while we clean provide us with keys to clean while they are away.

All our cleaners are self managed, responsible and work best independently with no distractions. They are all bonded, insured and covered through WSIB.

No. We arrive at every job location with all the necessary cleaning supplies needed to complete all tasks.
We require all additional tasks to be made through the office. The office has to approve all additional service requests and discuss all additional fees if applicable before work begins.
All our disinfectants and cleaning chemicals are Health Canada approved, environmentally friendly and child and pet friendly. If a customer has a particular product request we will try our best to accommodate them at all times.
