The most popular option for busy households and families with pets or young children. Nothing has time to build up between visits.
Bi-weekly
A balance most homes settle into — enough to stay on top of kitchens and bathrooms without the cost of weekly service.
Monthly
Suits smaller condos and tidy households that mainly want the deep work handled: floors, bathrooms and kitchens reset each month.

One-Time Cleans
No schedule, no commitment — a single visit for the jobs that need more than a regular clean.
Move-In & Move-Out
Empty-home cleans timed to your closing or lease date. Cupboards and drawers inside and out, appliances, bathrooms and floors — the standard landlords and buyers expect on handover.
Post-Renovation
Construction dust settles everywhere and behaves nothing like household dust. We clear fine debris from surfaces, fixtures, vents and floors so the finished work actually looks finished.
