Screen & Recoating is a much more cost effective way to remove the top coat of floor finish from your floors, which removes light scratches and imperfections.
It is also the best solution for refreshing your floors that have lost their sheen and no longer look appealing after years of wear and tear.
The recoating process provides two additional protective layers using a commercial-grade polyurethane.
You can choose from a Satin, Semi Gloss or a High Gloss finish.
A one day process, easy and convenient for a family home and your floors can be walked on in two hours after it is done.
Sanding
Sanding which is a much more expensive option removes all layers of floor finish leaving the raw wood.
It can take days to complete a full sanding job and a lot more dust is involved in the process.
